DEL PRADO ABELLAN Anselmo
Dr. Anselmo del Prado Abellán received his BSc in Chemistry from the University of Salamanca in 2010. He obtained his MSc in High Specialization on Plastics and Rubber from the Menéndez Pelayo International University (Madrid), and joined to the Institute of Polymer Science and Technology of the Spanish Research Council (ICTP-CSIC) in Madrid, where he carried out his master thesis (‘Functionalization of polystyrene substrates’) and his PhD (‘Aminated polyvinylpyrrolidones: synthesis, characterization and applications in biomedical and technological fields’). From the beginning of 2016, he joined as postdoctoral researcher to the Polymer Chemistry and Materials Group in the Adolphe Merkle Institute (Fribourg-Switzerland), where his current research is focused on the preparation of supramolecular polymers for debond-on-demand adhesives and phase segregated materials.
